Always add 8 drops of essential oil in a bath if combination of essential irritate you then avoids it and add 4 drops of it. There are two types of compress ‘ hot compress for muscles pulling ‘ muscle arches period cramps’ or chronic pain and cold compress for reducing swelling ‘ sprains and headache. Now I tell you how can you do compress add 4-6 drops of essential oil in very hot water or in icy cold water use a absorbent for soak up water in it then wring out excess water so that it will not disturb you and apply it on painful areas and push it softly when you feel relax cover damage area with a towel or with warm stuff. No pain will be left in your affected area by this process.

Aromatherapy by steam inhalation:

If your suffering from any respiratory problem then you should have to try this steam inhalation it will impressively affected for this problem. Fill a bowl with water ‘ water should be full hot as boiling then add 3-4 drops of essential oils in the water and mixed it well then bring your face over the water and take a towel over your head then close your eyes and breath slowly continue this process until you feel relax. If winter if you are suffering from sinuses or flu and your runny nose then do process which u have told before add ‘ pine ‘ peppermint ‘ tea tree oil in water and breath slowly you will be fine in just few minutes.

If you are running facial manufacture company and want a perfect resulting facial cream then you can add essential oils in the cream ‘ lotion or in other products. Add reasonable amount of essential oils in skin care cream and blend very well reduce the concentration of essential oil this is very compulsory don’t use overdo amount of essential oils in the cream because it can irritate your skin as you know the skin having facial treatment is more sensitive than simple skin. Don’t use essential oils regularly because it can irritate your skin. Use a fine amount of essential oils in the facial care cream.
